Samsung washer repair, from 4C to a stuck door
Samsung’s washers pack a lot of electronics around a fairly conventional machine — which means most “broken” Samsungs are one sensor, valve or pump away from working. We carry the drain pumps, inlet valves and door locks that cover the bulk of Samsung calls, and we know the diagnostic modes that shortcut the guesswork.
Short on Time? Book Online, We’ll Call to Confirm.
Our trucks carry the recurring parts for all three generations: lid locks, drain pumps, shift actuators, suspension rods, door boots and control boards. That stock is why the large majority of Samsung washer calls in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and London finish in one visit.
The terms are the ones you’ll find sitewide: written quote first, free service call with a completed repair, 90-day parts-and-labour warranty, and the $35 coupon off your total.
Free Service Call with Repair
Go ahead with the repair and we waive the service call — no hidden fees, and no additional charges on weekends.
Your Samsung display codes, translated
4C (or 4E) means no water in — valves or supply. 5C (or SE) means it can’t drain — the pump filter is the first stop. UE or Ur is an unbalanced load or worn suspension. dC or dE points at the door lock, and a persistent SUd means oversudsing or a foam sensor fault. Give us the code when booking and the truck arrives stocked for it.
Samsung Washer problems we fix
5C / SE — washer won’t drain
The number-one Samsung call. We open the drain pump filter (coins, hair ties, lint), test the pump, and run a full drain cycle before leaving — usually one visit, done.
Roaring spin — bearings or spider arm
A growing roar on spin in a Samsung front-loader points to drum bearings or the spider arm. We diagnose which before quoting, and we’re honest when replacement beats repair.
UE / Ur — stops on every spin
Chronic unbalance stops usually mean worn suspension rods or dampers rather than bad loading. It’s an economical fix that transforms how the machine behaves.
4C / 4E — no water coming in
Hard local water scales Samsung inlet valves and screens early. We clean or replace them and verify proper fill on both hot and cold before we go.
Front-loader leaking at the door
Door boot wear and debris in the gasket fold are the usual leaks. We replace the boot, clean the seal path and check the drain hose while we’re in there.
Dead mid-cycle or endless pause
Door-lock faults and control glitches top the list. We test the lock circuit and the machine’s own diagnostics first — the board is the last resort, not the first quote.
Brands we repair
Factory-trained on every major washer brand — electric and induction.
…and many others. Don’t see your brand? Just call — we likely service it.
