How fast can you actually get here?

Do you charge extra for nights, weekends, or holidays?

No. We’re open 7 days a week at our regular rates — no overtime premiums and no emergency surcharges. The free-service-call-with-repair offer applies seven days a week.

What should I do while I wait for the technician?

For leaks, shut off the appliance’s water valve. For a burning smell, unplug the appliance. Keep fridge and freezer doors closed to hold the cold.

What does the 90-day warranty cover?

Both parts and labour on the repair we performed. If the same issue returns within 90 days, we come back and make it right at no extra charge.

How much does an emergency repair cost?

The same as a regular repair. You get an upfront quote after diagnosis, the service call is free with any completed repair, and every job is backed by our 90-day parts-and-labour warranty.
